"Damaged Sofa when Delivered"

Recently had an expensive sofa delivered by Taskers, but it arrived damaged (multiple scratches to the front leather section). The standard lamp delivered at the same time was also damaged. Taskers happily replaced the lamp, but have washed their hands of the damage to the sofa. No replacement, no compensation, no apology..
