"Daniels Silverman lack ethics!"

Awful, awful, awful. Daniels Silverman talk the talk, but, when you've signed their paperwork and paid up the hefty set-up fees (even though they falsely claim the work is done on a "no win, no fee" basis), they go AWOL.

Once you pay the sum and sign on the dotted line, their entire tune changes. They become extremely carefree and unreliable. The account managers are almost impossible to get hold of. The Managing director, Carole Hughes, was always on holiday and never returned calls or responded to emails.

I suffered months of misery with this firm and bemoan the day I got sucked in by Daniels Silverman.

Never got the money from my debtor due to the sheer incompetency of this company. Never again.
