"Just Don't Put Yourself Through This Experience"

A elderly relative hired this for a birthday party. The booking was made twelve months ago before I understand, it changed hands. The whole experience was awful. Clearly only 'members' are welcome and apparently not other paying parties. The staff and members were hostile on arrival we felt unwelcome. The buffet was not uncompetitively priced however it was lacking- nothing much more than a tray of fries and a few trays of sandwiches. I read the posters, they host various sporting events, I shudder to think theses people are representing our city..
