Merseycare Julie Ann were responsible for the care of a family member. It was our experience that they failed to deal with a number of causes for concern. They made a statement in their daily report, regarding an injury to our family member, which was untrue. The carer then altered the report. Often one particular carer refused to talk to our family member, while another would often put her fingers up her nose. This put our family member off eating. All of these points and more were reported to Merseycare. In addition, at a meeting, we were promised a copy of the minutes. We never received them. They fail considerably in their duty to clients and their family..
