"Very rude staff, need to learn some manners!!!"

Phoned Norris green health clinic as a first port of call to speak with a health visitor for some advice regarding my sons dental health, only to be shouted at an told she knew nothing about dental care, wow!!! What can I say???? Not even a referral to someone else who could help with my enquiry, obviously she doesn't think dental care important, quite worrying too, to think she is going to people's homes giving advice to parents regarding their children..
