Without doubt, the friendlest gym you could ever consider joining. Set in the Old Palladium picture-house, the Fitness Connection has the space, equipment and excellent staff (family run) to offer a wide spectrum of training for all members, irrespective of thier fitness levels.

You are limited only by your own ambition and the owner, Ray Hanley (an regular Iron man contestant) has the knowledge, skill and enthusiam to ensure that everybody can achieve thier fitness dreams.

All in all, a regular home from home and something of an oasis of refuge in this mad crazy world !! .
