"Shocking service"

I ordered a donor kebab, it was chip shop rush hour about 6pm, after waiting 15 mins I politely asked behind the counter if everything with my order was ok, they totally forgot my order so I walked out, this happened a week before, have been back since and they do nice kebabs, just think they should concentrate on 1 thing at a time instead of trying to get the queue down .
