"Cannot give me a date to repair my garage door"

I wouldn't have purchased my garage door from this company had I known of their poor repair service.

Last week my garage door would not close correctly even despite my oiling the relevant guides and moving parts.

As of today (Wednesday 15th September) I have called Parry's office four times and been promised someone would call back to let me know when the door would be fixed. Only today did Parry's call me to let me know they cannot give me a repair date and, because I live on the Wirral, they will only attend to my request when two other breakdowns occur on the Wirral. This is far from satisfactory.
