"Wrong measurement wrong fitting"

My experience of Crosby Carpets South Road Liverpool is poor. Measured wrong fitted badly and piece patched in. Shop said fault at factory. Rubbish just as well I paid by credit card. The credit card company replaced the carpet and this time it was measured and fitted properly. I will never go near that shop again..
