"Extremely rude"

I rang for a quote for cleaning curtains.Generally,folk will make use of curtains on winter evenings and may not wish to be without them for too long. I asked about timescales and was told they were very busy so bringing in 9am on Friday they would not be done until Tuesday afternoon.I then enquired about the Monday .The assistant was really rude and said I've just told you.When I pointed out that Friday -Tuesday covered a weekend and I did not wish to be without curtains for 5 days and sop maybe midweek quicker,she said we can't help you and put the phone down!.
